About TreatVibes

TreatVibes is an India-first platform that automates employee celebration and gifting for companies. HR sets the rules once — the platform handles the rest: birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals, and onboarding moments, without manual intervention.

Employee gifting in most companies today is a spreadsheet, a calendar reminder, and a scramble every month to get gifts out before a date slips by. It works at a small scale and breaks down everywhere else. We built TreatVibes to remove the manual step entirely — an occasion engine that runs every night, delivery over WhatsApp so employees don't need to install anything, and a wallet-and-invoicing system that keeps HR out of vendor back-and-forth.

What we automate

Occasion detection, budget rules, WhatsApp delivery, gift selection, and GST invoicing — the full loop from a birthday on the calendar to a claimed gift.

What we don't touch

HR still decides the budget, the occasions that matter, and who's on the team. We handle execution, not judgment calls.
